  • Oversee the operational management of multiple infrastructure assets across various sites, ensuring consistent standards and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement robust operational strategies that support both corporate goals and investment priorities.
  • Drive asset reliability, availability, lifecycle optimisation, and cost efficiency through innovative approaches and continuous improvement programmes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Business Management is required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15–20 years’ professional experience in toll roads, transportation infrastructure or related industries with proven track record managing complex assets.
  • At least 5–10 years’ executive leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations or large-scale infrastructure portfolios.
  • Deep knowledge of toll road operations including asset management strategies maintenance planning and operational governance frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of operational risk management principles including Business Continuity Management (BCM) emergency preparedness resilience planning and HSSE requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digitalisation automation transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency reliability and sustainability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate effectively with regulators government agencies contractors consultants concession partners investors and strategic partners.
  • Proven capability translating operational strategy into measurable business outcomes through KPIs performance management systems reporting mechanisms.
