📍 Malang, East Java, Indonesia

A leading FMCG food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for its growing production business. This is a confidential leadership opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing professional who is passionate about driving operational excellence, improving processes, and building scalable manufacturing capabilities.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will play a key part in strengthening manufacturing performance, ensuring product quality, and supporting business growth.

Key Focus:

🏭 Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production performance, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets

⚙️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives including productivity enhancement, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost efficiency

👥 Lead, develop, and strengthen manufacturing teams, including production and operational functions

🧪 Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product consistency, recipe implementation, and manufacturing excellence

🛡️ Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and operational best practices

📈 Develop manufacturing roadmap and build a strong foundation for future business growth
