We are a leading logistics company based in Jakarta, providing end-to-end solutions in warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and trucking/transport services. As we look to expand and strengthen our market position, we are seeking a Managing Director to lead our business through its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set and execute the strategic direction for the company across all business lines: warehousing, transport, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.

• Lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in local and regional markets.

• Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure sustainable profitability.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, government stakeholders, and industry partners.

• Ensure compliance with all local and international logistics regulations and standards.

• Report to the Board and provide insights on market trends, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.

• Strong understanding of the Indonesian logistics landscape, including regulatory and operational frameworks.

• Proven success in leading multi-service logistics operations.

• Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth, efficiency, and innovation.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
