** Indonesian nationals are highly preferred due to the need for strong local stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, and on-site project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through construction, completion, and handover.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure construction activities are delivered according to design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress against milestones.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and contractual matters.
• Coordinate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to maintain design integrity and luxury quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within construction, property development, hospitality, or luxury residential projects.
• Proven track record delivering luxury villas, resorts, high-end residential, hospitality, or premium mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and construction management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, permitting processes, and industry standards.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to be based full-time in Bali.

Preferred Background

• Indonesian national with extensive experience managing high-end residential or hospitality developments.
• Experience working with luxury property developers, resorts, villas, hotels, or premium real estate projects.
• Strong network within the Indonesian construction industry and contractor ecosystem.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
