What you'll do:

As Head of Technical Design based in Jakarta, you will play a central role in guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex projects from start to finish.   • Oversee all projects assigned to the Engineering and Design cluster, ensuring financial performance, timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.
  • Manage capacity utilisation rates of team members by monitoring efficiency in line with annual targets or adjusted objectives as directed by senior management.
  • Develop the team at strategic, tactical, and operational levels by implementing effective HR policies in consultation with the HR department.
  • Foster a safe, healthy, and positive working environment for all staff members by upholding QHSE standards and supporting their well-being throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure the team maintains up-to-date technical knowledge, relevant qualifications, software proficiency, and adherence to current design manuals.
  • Safeguard internal knowledge management practices by overseeing intellectual property protocols within the cluster.
  • Collaborate closely with business development managers to maintain existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities in alignment with organisational strategy.
