As a Control Tower Manager based in Surabaya, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that all logistical operations associated with the mineral project are executed flawlessly. Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, operations management, or providing high-level administrative support within complex projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes combined with an understanding of operational best practices relevant to large-scale projects.
- Exceptional organisational abilities enabling you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous records for tracking purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English that allow you to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effective documentation and reporting.
