What you'll do:
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of key brands within dairy space. - Develop comprehensive brand and category strategies for the dairy segment, overseeing all aspects from annual planning to campaign execution while ensuring consistent positioning aligned with business objectives.
- Drive market share growth by designing insight-led above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns that appeal specifically to Gen Z and young adult consumers.
- Monitor brand health metrics, analyse category trends, and track competitor activities to inform timely brand decisions based on robust data analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns, activations, and new product development initiatives.
- Manage the advertising and promotion budget for the category with careful stewardship, making informed trade-offs to maximise return on investment.
- Oversee ATL and BTL campaign execution across digital platforms, social media channels, out-of-home advertising, influencer partnerships, in-store visibility programmes, sampling events, and trade activations.
- Act as the internal expert on Gen Z and young adult consumer behaviour by staying attuned to digital habits and cultural trends relevant to the target audience.
- Identify emerging market trends early on and proactively integrate forward-thinking ideas into the overall brand plan.
- Interpret sales performance data, sell-out figures, and research findings to adjust tactics swiftly when results require it.
- Champion new product development within the category by building compelling commercial cases for innovation projects and guiding them from concept through launch in close partnership with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain teams as well as external agencies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required for this position.
- 10 years minimum of experience in brand marketing within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), ideally including exposure to managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end brand plans rather than simply executing directives from others.
- Hands-on expertise across both above-the-line (ATL) strategy development and below-the-line (BTL) campaign execution is essential.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture as well as young adult consumer behaviours including digital engagement patterns.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with comfort interpreting sell-out data sets, consumer research outputs, campaign metrics for decision-making purposes.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to thrive in lean environments where agility is key.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across internal teams such as R&D/Sales/Supply Chain plus external creative/media/activation agencies.
- Based in South Jakarta or willing to travel regularly for field activations/trade visits as needed.
