What you'll do:
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental role in driving the success of one of Indonesia’s most respected brands in the health sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve crafting robust marketing strategies that not only elevate brand presence but also deliver measurable improvements in market share. You will work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders—such as sales teams, finance professionals, supply chain experts—and external partners like creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. - Develop, implement upon approval, monitor, and evaluate strategic marketing plans designed to achieve agreed objectives and long-term business goals.
- Create distinctive and engaging brand initiatives that continuously improve brand health, enhance brand value, and increase market share in a competitive landscape.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing function to ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
- Continuously seek deep understanding of consumer insights as well as category and competitor dynamics, ensuring key stakeholders are aligned with these perspectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Finance, HRGA, Sales, and Supply Chain to meet objectives, solve issues proactively, identify risks and opportunities, align strategies, and support business planning.
- Maintain strong working relationships with various external organisations including agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery and partnership outcomes.
- Work together with local New Product Development (NPD) managers as well as regional and global NPD teams to generate ideas, oversee development processes, and successfully launch new products.
- Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives, goals, and tactical plans for maximum synergy across markets.
- Lead by example in developing and motivating the marketing team so they become a high-performing unit capable of delivering exceptional results.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or 1-2 years as Senior Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing within a multinational FMCG environment or Pharmaceutical (OTC /OTX) managing major brands.
- Proven track record managing teams comprising at least two Brand Managers or Assistant Brand Managers with demonstrable results in team development.
- Experience building productive relationships with regional or global marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), coupled with excellent communication skills that enable clear articulation of ideas across diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills allowing you to interpret data effectively for informed decision-making within fast-evolving markets.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities that nurture talent within your team while promoting collaboration across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline providing a solid foundation for strategic thinking in marketing roles.
- Experience managing relationships with external agencies (creative/media/research/PR/event organisers) for integrated campaign delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Business Development (Regulatory & NPD), Supply Chain, Business Analyst/Demand Planner.
