What you'll do:

As the Brand Manager (Innovation), you’ll play a key role in identifying white space opportunities, leading new product development (NPD), and working closely with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams. You’ll take ideas from concept to shelf, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and brand strategy.

  • Identify market trends and consumer insights to inspire innovation pipelines
  • Lead end-to-end product development – from ideation, testing, to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and commercial
  • Coordinate product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor post-launch performance and continuously optimize based on feedback
