What you'll do:
As the Brand Manager, your main responsibility is to champion the Food Service-focused brand across Indonesia. You’ll develop and execute innovative brand strategies, lead engaging campaigns, and work closely with chefs, culinary teams, and internal sales stakeholders to build strong brand equity. Your role will also involve coordinating BTL campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and sampling programs. Working cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and distribution teams will be crucial to support market penetration. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity will be essential to adjust brand strategies effectively.
- Champion the brand across Indonesia, particularly in the Food Service space
- Develop and execute brand strategies
- Lead campaigns to build brand equity and drive usage
- Coordinate BTL campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and sampling programs
- Partner with chefs and culinary professionals for brand visibility and trials

The ideal candidate for this Brand Manager role brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the food service sector. They have proven success managing brands in the HORECA channel. They are strategic thinkers with strong project management skills. Their excellent stakeholder management abilities allow them to work effectively with everyone from internal teams to chefs and partners. They are comfortable with both creative ideation and data-driven decision-making.
