What you'll do:

As a Campaign Activation Manager based in Jakarta, you will play a central role in orchestrating the successful rollout of go-to-market plans across Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Commercial Operations teams, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Customer Service departments as well as external partners including advertising agencies, media representatives, trade associations, distributors and end-users. You will be responsible for building robust customer segment strategies that leverage both push-and-pull marketing techniques while ensuring all activities are culturally attuned to local preferences. By establishing advisory boards and integrating customer feedback into your activation plans you will help shape future offerings that resonate deeply with target audiences. Your ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously—while maintaining high standards of quality control—will be essential in delivering timely campaigns that achieve business objectives. Additionally you will have the opportunity to participate in customer events product launches training sessions further enhancing your understanding of market needs.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for products and services within key market segments, focusing on customer campaigns and channel incentive programmes such as rebates, portfolio offers, loyalty schemes, and early order initiatives.
  • Lead the annual cycle of operational marketing planning by motivating cross-functional teams to create, update, and implement activation strategies for assigned markets.
  • Build, refine, and oversee three-year customer segment strategies designed to maximise value from product portfolios through targeted communications, promotional activities, and CRM-driven tools.
  • Segment customers effectively to map out their needs and buying processes, using these insights to influence desired behavioural changes across various touchpoints.
  • Provide monthly strategic guidance on campaign objectives and tactics to Marketing & Commercial leadership teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
  • Establish and manage Customer Advisory Boards to test new concepts, gather actionable insights, identify emerging trends, and integrate feedback into activation plans for improved acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Drive the execution of marketing programmes—including integrated offers, financial concepts, loyalty initiatives, and digital marketing touchpoints—ensuring they are measurable and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Monitor project timelines rigorously by tracking progress against milestones so that all marketing activations are delivered within established deadlines.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of developing or optimising marketing materials while respecting cultural nuances and local preferences specific to each target market.
  • Lead collaborative segment teams comprising Field Sales and Technical Support staff to collect input for strategy development as well as drive implementation of local campaigns and CRM initiatives with the sales force.
