What you'll do:

- Monitor overall business performance by evaluating risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies while presenting results to senior stakeholders at both local and regional levels.
- Manage relationships with major retail partners by developing joint business plans, negotiating promotional support programmes, overseeing seasonal sell-in/sell-through performance, and ensuring optimal product allocation.
- Identify new distribution channels and evaluate store expansion opportunities to drive channel development while maintaining healthy segmentation across all retail outlets.
- Oversee seasonal merchandise planning by developing assortment strategies tailored to specific channels and consumer segments while managing product forecasting and demand planning activities.
- Collaborate closely with global teams on product allocation decisions while recommending investment priorities based on local market needs and balancing commercial performance with brand-building initiatives.
- Develop local marketing strategies that reflect global brand direction by leading annual planning cycles, budget allocations, campaign execution—including influencer partnerships—and community engagement initiatives.
- Oversee digital commerce strategy by monitoring key performance indicators for digital marketing effectiveness while ensuring seamless integration between online and offline consumer experiences.

- Expertise in channel development including identification of new distribution opportunities as well as evaluation of store expansion projects aimed at improving retail productivity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of seasonal merchandise planning processes such as assortment strategy development by channel/segment along with hands-on experience in product forecasting/demand planning.
- Track record of collaborating effectively with global teams on product allocation decisions while making data-driven recommendations for local market investments that balance commercial outcomes against brand-building goals.
- Experience designing integrated marketing campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships/community engagement initiatives alongside traditional media outreach—all tailored specifically for local markets like Indonesia.
- Hands-on experience overseeing digital commerce operations including monitoring KPIs for digital marketing effectiveness plus ensuring smooth omnichannel integration between online/offline touchpoints.
