The organisation values honesty, hard work, and a commitment to nurturing talent.
What you'll do:
As a Legal Associate – Renewable Energy Projects, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal framework for multiple large-scale powerplant developments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve drafting and negotiating key operational contracts, facilitating land acquisitions across several regions, and collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless project delivery. You will also contribute your expertise to M&A transactions and project financing efforts, helping drive the success of both current projects and those in the pipeline. - Collaborate with project managers on three active projects as well as a robust pipeline of five to ten upcoming developments.
- Assist in M&A transactions and project financing activities by ensuring all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed and compliant with regulations.

- Provide expert advice on operational contracts, particularly focusing on the complexities of operation & maintenance agreements.
- Ensure all legal processes are conducted honestly, ethically, and in accordance with company values.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings, contracts, and communications related to renewable energy projects.
