What you'll do:

- Oversee corporate governance activities to ensure compliance with public listed company requirements such as disclosures, board matters, and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Deliver commercially focused legal support across procurement, leasing, franchising, vendor agreements, and other business functions to facilitate smooth operations.
- Develop scalable legal frameworks, templates, and processes tailored for a high-volume retail environment without compromising speed or quality.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions to safeguard the organisation’s interests.

- Qualified lawyer with at least 20-25 years of experience including substantial exposure in-house within large organisations.
- Proven track record operating within public-listed company environments with deep understanding of OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and IDX (Bursa Efek Indonesia) regulations.
- Demonstrated experience handling cross-border transactions or regional market operations involving multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong commercial acumen enabling you to balance legal risk with business objectives in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working in retail, consumer goods (FMCG), or other high-volume commercial sectors is highly preferred for this position.
- Prior leadership experience with ability to influence senior stakeholders positively while managing teams effectively.
- Hands-on approach combined with pragmatic problem-solving skills suited for evolving business landscapes.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities supported by strong communication and negotiation skills.
