What you'll do:

• Deep understanding of Indonesia’s health ecosystem including guideline development processes, procurement systems, regulatory pathways, cross-ministerial decision-making structures, and budget cycles.
• Demonstrated history of delivering successful policy outcomes or securing listing/reimbursement decisions that have measurably improved patient access.
• Exceptional analytical skills enabling you to integrate clinical evidence with economic data and political considerations into coherent strategies for action.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities allowing you to influence without authority by aligning diverse interests through credibility and persuasive communication.
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English with advanced written/verbal communication skills suitable for preparing high-impact policy documents for varied audiences.
