What you'll do:
As a Regional Compliance Officer, you will play an instrumental role in safeguarding the organisation’s reputation by embedding effective compliance practices across diverse markets in Southeast Asia. What you bring:
To excel as a Regional Compliance Officer, you will bring substantial experience gained from 8–10 years in compliance, legal, or audit roles—ideally within multinational industrial or manufacturing settings. Your background should include hands-on involvement with regional projects spanning several Southeast Asian countries. A bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field is required; professional certifications such as CCEP, CFE or CRCM are highly regarded. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication across borders; additional proficiency in languages like Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia or Thai would be advantageous. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organisation while your technical acumen ensures seamless integration of digital tools into daily workflows.
