You will play a key part in shaping the organisation’s public image, supporting stakeholder engagement, government relations, and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
What you'll do:
- Support execution of communication initiatives across media, digital, and public forums.
- Assist in maintaining the content calendar and liaise with PR/digital agencies on asset production.
- Draft first-level content (e.g., media releases, captions, LinkedIn posts, key messages) under supervision.
- Monitor daily media coverage, analyze tone and relevance, and produce weekly reporting dashboards.
- Maintain stakeholder directory (media, partner communications leads, event organizers).
- Coordinate logistics for strategic events, interviews, and panel preparations.
- Liaise with media monitoring and digital analytic tools to support data-driven reporting.
- Help administer documentation for procurement, payments, and contracts for communications partners.
- Conduct benchmark and thematic research to support op-ed development and strategic campaigns.
- Manage basic updates on website and help supervise day-to-day content accuracy.
- Provide initial assessment of incoming media inquiries or event invitations, escalating when required.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in strategic communication, corporate affairs, or journalism.
- Expertise in government relations with strong media exposure.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, detail orientation, and deadline discipline.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and issue management preferred.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, international relations, journalism, public policy, or related field from a reputable university.
- Strategic thinker with a high sense of ownership and discretion, alongside a proactive mindset.
- Well established network, with professional, mature, and adaptable presence.
