What you'll do:

As a Senior Legal Manager, your primary role will be to safeguard the company's interests by providing robust legal advice. You will be responsible for analysing legal risks associated with third-party engagements, managing stakeholders, designing policies for contract processes, and providing necessary training. Your expertise will be crucial in offering legal consultation on various matters.

• Analyse legal risks and opportunities when advising the business on engagement with third parties and managing business contracts
• Manage all related stakeholders of the business transactions with reasonable effort as a single contributor
• Design and implement guidelines and policies for business contract process and management
• Provide training and awareness to the business on the business contract process
• Provide legal advice and consultation to the business on any legal matters

With a law degree from a reputable institution, you'll have strong knowledge of corporate legal matters, M&A transactions, and contract laws. • Law degree from a reputable university, preferably a master's degree
• 10 - 15 years' experience in both in house and private practices
• Strong experience in general corporate legal matters, M&A transactions and contract laws
• Agility and ability to manage complexity
• Collaborative mindset and attitude
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and self motivated
