What you'll do:

As a Payroll Specialist based in Jakarta, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entire spectrum of payroll operations.   • Process payroll accurately and on time in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies, and payroll systems to ensure all employees are paid correctly every cycle.
  • Administer end-to-end payroll activities including employee changes, terminations, leave processing, allowances, deductions, and other payroll transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, remuneration practices, taxation rules, and superannuation requirements to guarantee ongoing compliance.
  • Complete year-end payroll processing and reporting activities in line with relevant regulations to support financial transparency and accountability.
  • Manage annual payroll projects such as bonus distributions and performance payment processing to reward employees appropriately.
  • Prepare, balance, and reconcile statutory and non-statutory disbursements while supporting general ledger balancing and financial reporting requirements for audit readiness.
