You will be empowered to drive positive change, foster an inclusive environment, and support the growth and development of thousands of employees. The company values collaboration, supportive leadership, and offers flexible working opportunities alongside generous pension contributions and ongoing training. If you are passionate about nurturing talent and building strong teams, this is your chance to thrive in a highly respected organisation.

  • Take responsibility for overseeing HR functions for manufacturing employees, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently across multiple departments.
  • Enjoy flexible working opportunities that allow you to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments while benefiting from generous pension contributions and continuous training.
  • Be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment where your interpersonal skills and commitment to growth leadership will be valued as you help shape the organisation’s culture and future success.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Senior Manager in this prominent manufacturing organisation based in Tangerang, you will be entrusted with guiding the HR function for thousands of employees. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing strategies for industrial relations that foster trust between management and staff; implementing organisational development programmes designed to enhance teamwork; creating robust workforce plans; driving learning initiatives; championing talent management; managing performance systems; overseeing HRIS operations; updating HR policies; and collaborating with leaders across departments. Success in this role requires you to be deeply committed to nurturing an inclusive culture where every employee feels supported. Your ability to connect with people at all levels will be essential as you work together with colleagues to build a dependable network that supports both individual growth and collective achievement.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resources management for a workforce of around 5,000-6,000 manufacturing employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies that promote harmonious relationships between management and employees while resolving disputes in a considerate manner.
  • Lead organisational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering communal growth, and supporting the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Design comprehensive workforce planning frameworks that anticipate staffing needs, optimise resource allocation, and nurture interdependent teams.
  • Drive learning and development programmes that empower employees to grow professionally through accessible training opportunities and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and retention strategies that support an inclusive workplace.
  • Manage performance management systems that encourage honest feedback, recognise achievements, and support continual improvement across all levels of the organisation.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Review, update, and enforce HR policies that reflect best practices in employee welfare, safety, and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to provide guidance on sensitive HR matters while maintaining a warm and empathetic approach.

What you bring:

To excel as a Human Resources Senior Manager in this manufacturing setting, your proven experience should include managing complex HR operations for sizeable teams. You will bring deep expertise in industrial relations—resolving conflicts gently while building bridges between stakeholders—and demonstrate proficiency in organisational development by launching initiatives that strengthen inter-personal bonds. Your background should encompass strategic workforce planning as well as designing learning programmes that cater to varied abilities. Talent management experience is crucial: recruiting fairly, onboarding thoughtfully, retaining loyal staff members, and supporting under-represented groups. Familiarity with performance management systems is expected along with hands-on knowledge of HRIS platforms. Your ability to review policies through an inclusive lens will set you apart. Above all else, your communication style should be warm yet clear—enabling you to guide teams collaboratively towards shared goals.

  • Demonstrated experience managing HR operations for large-scale manufacturing environments with 5,000+ employees is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in industrial relations including conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and fostering harmonious workplace relationships.
  • Expertise in organisational development with an emphasis on communal growth initiatives that promote inter-personal connections among staff members.
  • Strong background in workforce planning involving resource allocation for diverse teams within complex organisations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of learning development principles including designing accessible training programmes tailored to various skill levels.
  • Experience in talent management covering recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, retention strategies, and promoting under-represented groups.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance management systems focused on honest feedback mechanisms and nurturing employee potential.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing HRIS platforms for efficient data handling within large organisations.
  • Ability to review, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with best practices in employee welfare and inclusivity.
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with supportive leadership qualities that inspire trust among colleagues.
