  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies coupled with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement learning & development programmes as well as succession planning frameworks tailored to organisational needs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance management systems including facilitation of annual review cycles and objective-setting workshops.
  • Strong background in employee relations encompassing grievance resolution, disciplinary procedures, conflict mediation, and well-being advocacy.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation & benefits administration including salary benchmarking exercises and incentive programme management.
  • Thorough familiarity with Indonesian labour law requirements alongside practical experience developing compliant HR policies & procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency using HR Information Systems (HRIS), digital HR tools, analytics platforms as well as Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills marked by empathy, emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities, negotiation acumen, resilience under pressure, adaptability during periods of change.
