A leading large-scale industrial processing operationis seeking a Human Resources Senior Manager to play a key role in building its workforce and HR organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a major greenfield operation as it transitions from project phase into full operations.

You will have the opportunity to build HR processes, shape the organisation, drive workforce readiness, and manage employee relations in a complex, site-based environment. The role will work closely with senior management, local communities and international stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Lead the overall HR function covering HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, CSR, Security and General Affairs.
• Build HR processes, policies and organisational frameworks to support the transition into full operations.
• Drive manpower planning and recruitment to ensure workforce readiness for the site's operational launch.
• Lead employee relations and stakeholder engagement, including managing site-level and community-related people matters.
• Partner closely with senior management and department heads on workforce and organisational requirements.
• Lead and develop a growing HR organisation

What you bring:

• Strong HR leadership experience within manufacturing, heavy industry, industrial processing, energy or other complex site-based environments.
• Proven experience building HR processes and organisations in greenfield or rapidly growing environments.
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex site and community dynamics.
• Hands-on, independent and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfortable with frequent site presence.
