• Partner with country leadership and regional HR teams to design scalable HR frameworks that enhance talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Champion initiatives that nurture an inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to contribute their best.
• Guide the implementation of robust performance management systems that encourage continuous feedback, recognition, and career progression for all staff.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in human resources leadership roles within large multinational organisations in FMCG industry is a MUSt.
• A proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives while supporting organisational growth is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required to build trusting relationships with senior leaders, employees at all levels, and regional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive cultures through effective diversity initiatives, employee engagement programmes, and supportive leadership practices is important.
• Expertise in designing scalable HR frameworks covering talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, and employee relations is necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labour laws combined with familiarity with global HR standards ensures compliance across all operations.
