What you bring:

To excel as Head of Human Resources, your background should reflect substantial experience leading HR functions within multinational or rapidly scaling environments in FMCG industry. Your approach should be grounded in collaboration, valuing input from diverse perspectives while building consensus around shared goals. You bring deep knowledge of best practices across all facets of human resources management from recruitment through to succession planning and have demonstrated success implementing these at scale. Your empathetic nature enables you to handle sensitive matters discreetly while maintaining fairness for all parties involved.

  • Extensive experience in human resources leadership roles within large multinational organisations in FMCG industry is a MUSt.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives while supporting organisational growth is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to build trusting relationships with senior leaders, employees at all levels, and regional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive cultures through effective diversity initiatives, employee engagement programmes, and supportive leadership practices is important.
  • Expertise in designing scalable HR frameworks covering talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, and employee relations is necessary.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labour laws combined with familiarity with global HR standards ensures compliance across all operations.
