- Oversee the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities, from workforce planning to on-boarding, ensuring that recruitment processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that support business growth while promoting an engaging and supportive workplace culture.
- Partner with senior leaders across departments to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on workforce planning, succession management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring practices by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance candidate experience and ensure equitable selection processes.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify skills gaps and design targeted training programmes that nurture talent at all levels of the organisation.
