What you'll do:

- Proven track record in all facets of talent planning including recruitment strategy design, succession planning frameworks, leadership development programmes, and performance management systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labour law as well as international best practices related to employment standards and workplace compliance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities enabling you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues at every level of the business.
- Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm combined with a consistently positive attitude towards challenges faced within fast-evolving workplaces.
