What you'll do:

As Country HR Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future direction of human resources within this respected healthcare organisation. What you bring:

Your background includes hands-on involvement in designing recruitment strategies that attract top talent while also implementing succession plans that secure future leadership pipelines. You possess deep familiarity with local labour legislation alongside global standards governing fair employment practices; this ensures your advice is always grounded in legal compliance as well as ethical considerations.

  • Proven track record in all facets of talent planning including recruitment strategy design, succession planning frameworks, leadership development programmes, and performance management systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labour law as well as international best practices related to employment standards and workplace compliance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities enabling you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues at every level of the business.
  • Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm combined with a consistently positive attitude towards challenges faced within fast-evolving workplaces.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in progressively responsible HR generalist positions demonstrating increasing scope of responsibility over time.
