What you'll do:
As an HRGA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources and general affairs within the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with the overall business strategy. Your role will also involve bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. You will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Furthermore, you will develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation while nurturing a positive working environment.
