Head of HR (Agriculture)
Our client is a rapidly expanding agriculture company, seeking an experienced Head of HR to be based in Jakarta. As the Head of HR, your primary role will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business strategy. You will manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent. - At least 15 years of progressive experience in HR field
