Head of HR BUSINESS PARTNER Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Head of HRBP to serve as a strategic partner and operational champion within their operations. This role is pivotal in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

What you'll do:

As the Head of HR Business Partner, your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Your hands-on experience in managing all aspects of HR at both corporate and manufacturing level will be invaluable in this role.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention

  • Oversee HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in HR practices and policies
  • Lead negotiations and maintain positive relationships with labor union, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and fostering a harmonious work environment
  • Design and execute leadership development programs, succession planning, and performance management systems to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, including digital transformation and process improvements, to enhance efficiency and employee engagement

What you bring:

As the Head of HR Business Partner, you bring a wealth of experience to the table. Your proven track record as an HR Business Partner or similar role speaks volumes about your ability to align human capital strategies with business objectives. Your strong understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures ensures that the organisation remains compliant at all times.

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role within the manufacturing / FMCG / Industrial industries
  • Proven track record in leading HR operations across multiple sites
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various sites locations
