What you'll do:
As an HR Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources landscape within the organisation. Your responsibilities will span across various facets of HR including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, regulatory compliance, and operational HR tasks. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and processes, fostering an environment that promotes staff development, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
- Work closely with the resourcing team to ensure recruitment needs are met
- Manage and update employee database
- Assist with briefings on performance management process
- Coordinate collection of information for mid-year and annual reviews
- Prepare annual salary and bonus letters
- Promote staff development and manage training opportunities
- Ensure compliance with immigration requirements and local regulations
- Handle all general HR enquiries

- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of human resources experience a professional services exposure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident in interacting with people at all levels
- Experience in stakeholder management – dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
