What you'll do: As a HR Manager (Pharmaceutical), you will play an integral part in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for designing, developing and improving HR programmes, identifying needs in training, recruitment and talent development. Your role will also involve coordinating employee development plans, enforcing HR standards and overseeing office administration matters. This role requires someone who can work independently within a matrix organisation across different global businesses.
Design, develop and improve HR programmes and initiatives
Identify needs in training, recruitment and talent development
Ensure alignment with the regional group's policies and procedures
Handle day-to-day operational HR functions including recruitment and payroll
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Enforce HR standards and regulations
Oversee office administration matters
What you bring: The ideal candidate for this HR Manager (Pharmaceutical) position will bring a wealth of experience from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. With at least eight years' corporate experience in HR, you will have developed strong skills in managing HR programmes, coordinating employee development plans, enforcing HR standards and overseeing office administration matters. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field is essential. Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa and English is required.
