A leading aviation company is seeking an exceptional Human Resources Consultant to provide expertise and guidance on a variety of HR-related topics.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for a range of HR activities including talent management, leadership development, performance management and organisational design. What you'll do: As a Human Resources Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's human resources strategy. You will provide expert advice on various HR topics, from employee relations to performance management. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our client remains compliant with current HR laws and regulations. Additionally, you will provide training and support on HR best practices.
Provide expertise and guidance on a variety of HR-related topics, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Assist the organisation with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Provide training and support to clients on HR best practices
Maintain knowledge of current HR laws and regulations
What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Consultant position brings a wealth of experience in the field. With at least 15 years in an HR role, you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work well across all levels within an organisation demonstrates your commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Your in-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations ensures that our client remains compliant. If you have past experience as an HR Consultant, it would be advantageous.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in an HR role
A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well across all levels in the organisation
In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Past experience as an HR Consultant is an advantage
