As Head of Human Resources and General Affairs, you will be entrusted with shaping the entire spectrum of HR activities from recruitment through talent development while also overseeing essential general affairs functions.   • Oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, on boarding, performance appraisal, talent development, and succession planning to ensure a motivated and capable workforce.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives while maintaining strict adherence to local labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership by providing insights on workforce planning, organisational structure, and employee engagement strategies that foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead initiatives related to industrial relations by nurturing constructive relationships with unions or employee representatives, resolving disputes amicably, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements.

To excel as Head of Human Resources and General Affairs, you will bring substantial hands-on experience from similar roles within manufacturing or other highly regulated industries. Your background should reflect not only technical proficiency in HR operations but also genuine care for nurturing positive relationships among colleagues. A thorough grasp of local employment legislation coupled with practical know-how in industrial relations will enable you to navigate complex situations thoughtfully.
