What you'll do:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve long-term business goals and operational excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of project development—from land acquisition, planning, and financing to construction and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, government entities, and business partners.
• Drive innovation in design, technology, and sustainable development practices.
• Lead high-performing teams and cultivate a strong organizational culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and performance.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and risk management to ensure profitable outcomes and shareholder value.

What you bring:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership within the real estate or property development sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale development projects in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning laws, and market dynamics in the Jakarta real estate market.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and results-driven approach.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (MBA preferred).
