What you'll do:

* Build and maintain sophisticated financial models that enable accurate evaluation and forecasting of investment performance across multiple scenarios.
* Assist in structuring complex transactions by preparing investment memoranda, term sheets, and participating in negotiations with various stakeholders to secure favourable outcomes.
* Coordinate effectively with external advisors—including legal, tax, and financial experts—and manage communications with both internal teams and external partners throughout the investment process.
* Monitor the ongoing performance of portfolio companies by analysing key metrics, identifying areas for value creation, and supporting management teams in implementing growth strategies.
