What you'll do:

As an Investment Professional, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's investment portfolio. You will lead deal execution from structuring to negotiation and closing transactions. * Perform due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation of potential investment targets.
* Lead and manage deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and closing transactions.
* Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and value creation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Investment Professional role brings a wealth of experience from private equity, venture capital or management consulting. With at least 5 years under your belt managing successful investments and portfolios, you possess strong financial modelling skills along with excellent negotiation capabilities. Your ability to think strategically coupled with your knack for providing actionable insights sets you apart. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. An advanced degree in finance or related field along with professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA would be advantageous.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or management consulting.
* Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
* Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
* Excellent negotiation and deal execution capabilities.
* Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
