As an Agency Strategy Specialist, you will be at the heart of driving positive change within the agency network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve crafting strategic plans to re-engage dormant agents through empathetic initiatives that address their unique needs. You will also take ownership of the New Leader Programme, setting clear standards for leadership promotion while nurturing talent through collaborative workshops and training sessions. By leveraging your project management expertise and deck creation skills, you will communicate your vision effectively across teams and ensure smooth execution of all strategies. • Develop comprehensive strategies aimed at reactivating agents utilising data-driven insights and collaborative approaches.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of agency activation plans that foster engagement and support.
• Design, launch, and manage the New Leader Programme by defining eligibility criteria for leadership promotion based on business needs and performance metrics.
• Create detailed project management decks and presentations to communicate strategy proposals effectively to stakeholders across the business.
• Work alongside business teams to implement strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and adjust tactics as needed to maximise impact.
• Conduct thorough analysis of agent performance data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of activation programmes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions aimed at nurturing potential leaders within the agency network, promoting knowledge sharing and communal growth.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from agents and leaders, ensuring continuous improvement of all programmes.
• Support the development of a collaborative culture by encouraging teamwork, empathy, and open communication throughout all projects.
• Report regularly on programme outcomes to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future enhancements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in project management within any industry (we're open to non-life insurance too!), showing your ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in creating professional presentations and decks that effectively communicate strategic ideas in an engaging manner.
• Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared objectives while maintaining sensitivity towards individual needs.
• Strong interpersonal abilities that enable you to connect with others empathetically, fostering trust and cooperation throughout the organisation.
• Ability to analyse data and feedback thoughtfully, using insights to refine activation strategies for maximum impact.
