Participate in an 18-month rotational programme across core business functions including Marketing, Technology, Distribution, Operations, and Finance to develop a holistic understanding of organisational operations. - Engage actively in projects within each function to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster knowledge sharing and build strong interdepartmental relationships that enhance overall business performance.
- Receive ongoing mentorship from members of the Senior Leadership Team who will guide your professional development and provide regular feedback on your progress.
- Contribute insights and recommendations during team meetings and panel discussions to support decision-making at various levels of the organisation.
- Undertake a 12-month focused assignment in a designated area based on your strengths and interests identified during the initial rotation period.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarising project outcomes and lessons learned during each rotation phase for review by executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrate adaptability by embracing new challenges within different business units while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing distribution channels—such as agency development or partnership management—leveraging your background in sales management or related fields.
What you bring:
- A minimum of 7-8 years’ experience at Bancassurance function.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while fostering an inclusive work environment built on trust and mutual respect.
- Proven track record of delivering results through thoughtful project execution and commitment to shared goals within complex organisational structures.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills enabling you to engage confidently with senior stakeholders as well as peers across multiple departments.
- Experience managing direct sales processes or corporate solutions—particularly employee benefits or pension products—is highly desirable for certain placements within the programme.
- A flexible mindset that embraces change positively while adapting quickly to new environments or responsibilities during rotational assignments.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development demonstrated through participation in training programmes or industry certifications relevant to financial services distribution.
