- Monitor regional sales performance through regular analysis of key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted action plans.

Requirements:
- Min. 10 years in the Life Insurance industry
- Extensive experience in managing large sales teams within the financial services or insurance sector, demonstrating your ability to nurture talent through collaborative approaches.
- Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies that align with broader organisational objectives while remaining sensitive to local market nuances.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with diverse groups of people both inside and outside the organisation.
- Strong analytical abilities allowing you to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable plans for continuous improvement.
- A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing insurance operations in Indonesia coupled with a commitment to ethical conduct at all times.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—that facilitate clear information sharing across multiple levels of the business.
- Experience designing or delivering training programmes aimed at enhancing team capabilities in product knowledge or customer engagement.
