As a Senior Manager Agency Project Leader, you will be at the heart of shaping the future of agency operations within the life and health insurance sector. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with both emerging talent—such as recent graduates—and seasoned professionals like ex-bankers who bring their own teams. You will be responsible for designing tailored training programmes that empower agents to excel in their roles while also overseeing recruitment drives that attract high-potential individuals. By leveraging your expertise in instructional design and management training evaluation, you will ensure every agent receives the guidance they need to thrive. Your ability to connect with people on the ground will help build trust within your teams as you provide ongoing mentorship rooted in compassion and shared goals. Through your efforts in operational oversight and strategic planning, you will contribute significantly to creating an environment where everyone feels supported on their journey towards professional fulfilment.

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for agency teams by identifying, attracting, and onboarding across all level of agents with established teams.
  • Design comprehensive training journeys using instructional design principles to ensure new agents are equipped with the skills needed for success in life and health insurance sales.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate management training programmes that focus on conversion sales techniques, KPI metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with chief agency leaders to activate recruitment campaigns, deliver engaging training sessions, and support ongoing agent development.
  • Oversee operational management of agency projects by coordinating resources, monitoring progress against targets, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide hands-on support by going on the ground to understand team needs, address challenges directly, and foster strong interpersonal connections among agents.
  • Analyse performance data regularly to identify trends, recommend improvements, and celebrate achievements within the team.

Requirements:

  • Min. 8 years of experience as a leader & trainers.
  • Demonstrated experience in agency project leadership within life or health insurance sectors or related financial services environments.
  • Proven track record of recruiting diverse cohorts
  • Expertise in designing instructional content for training programmes focused on sales conversion techniques, KPI metrics analysis, and agent development.
  • Strong background in evaluating management training effectiveness using data-driven approaches to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Certification in coaching or trainer-related fields is highly valued as it enhances your ability to nurture talent across different experience levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for connecting with people from varied backgrounds while fostering an inclusive team culture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with chief agency leaders on recruitment activation strategies that align with broader organisational objectives.
  • Hands-on approach demonstrated by willingness to engage directly with agents on-site when needed for support or problem-solving purposes.
