You will play an integral part in shaping annual budgets by guiding stakeholders through proposal reviews and monitoring implementation throughout the year. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly will be essential when liaising with auditors or supporting system improvements. By developing robust policies and maintaining rigorous oversight of reporting activities, you will help drive continuous improvement across all areas of finance.

  • Review and monitor the accuracy, validity, and completeness of all financial transactions to ensure full compliance with internal accounting policies as well as local tax regulations and Indonesia GAAP.
  • Oversee monthly reconciliations of Financial Statement schedules, guaranteeing timely and precise reporting that meets management expectations.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of figures presented in Monthly Management Reports, delivering comprehensive overviews of organisational performance for leadership review.
  • Supervise quarterly submissions of SAF from the Group, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on quality or accuracy.
  • Evaluate journal entries against group accounting policies and GAAP requirements to confirm that all transactions are properly recorded within the system.
  • Lead activities related to annual budget development by planning, coordinating, and reviewing proposals from various budget owners while assessing their reasonableness.
  • Monitor ongoing budget implementation throughout the year, updating quarterly forecasts as needed to reflect any necessary revisions or changes.
  • Work closely with the Cost Control Department during construction phases to maintain strict oversight of project budgets and expenditures.
  • Develop and regularly update accounting and budgeting policies and procedures to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Liaise effectively with both internal and external auditors during audit fieldwork, facilitating smooth communication and timely resolution of queries.

To excel as Budget and Reporting Manager, you will bring a wealth of proven experience managing complex financial operations within large-scale organisations. Your deep knowledge of accounting standards ensures every process is handled with precision while your interpersonal skills foster positive relationships across departments. You have demonstrated success guiding teams through budget cycles from initial proposal through implementation, always maintaining focus on compliance and accuracy. • Solid background in budgeting processes including forecasting techniques that support sound financial planning decisions.
  • Advanced reporting skills that allow you to present findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
