What you'll do:

As Finance Accounting Manager based in Jakarta you will be entrusted with comprehensive oversight of all financial operations within the organisation. Your responsibilities span from managing daily accounting tasks—such as general ledger maintenance and inventory tracking—to coordinating complex audit processes that ensure regulatory compliance. • Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger management, accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets tracking, inventory accounting, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes by preparing timely financial statements and management reports that comply with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Review account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and supporting documentation to maintain proper records and uphold data integrity.
• Coordinate statutory and external audits by preparing audit schedules, responding to auditor queries, and following up on audit findings to ensure compliance.
• Manage product costing activities such as standard cost analysis, manufacturing cost allocation, inventory valuation, margin monitoring, cost variances analysis, and operating expense tracking.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements across the business.
• Drive annual budgeting processes as well as periodic forecasting by conducting budget-versus-actual analyses to support operational decision-making.
• Supervise treasury operations including daily cash flow management, banking transactions processing, payment scheduling, short-term forecasting, loan facility monitoring, and escalation of liquidity issues.
• Ensure tax compliance by overseeing corporate income tax calculations, VAT filings, withholding taxes payments, transfer pricing documentation preparation, tax audits coordination, and regulatory updates monitoring.
• Maintain robust internal controls through implementation of SOPs for finance and accounting functions; support ERP system enhancements; recommend process improvements; document transactions thoroughly; supervise team members; provide coaching; deliver timely reports to CFO; assist in board-level information preparation.
