- Supervise corporate tax compliance activities such as Corporate Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and other obligations while coordinating responses to tax audits and authority inquiries.
- Monitor the financial performance of property assets by tracking building operating expenses, service charge income, rental income, budgeting processes, and cash flow management.
- Lead annual budgeting exercises, financial forecasting initiatives, variance analysis reviews, and management reporting to support strategic business planning.
- Establish effective internal controls by developing accounting procedures and tax risk management practices that ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations as well as group policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation, facilitating audit readiness, submitting supporting materials promptly, and resolving any findings efficiently.
