Senior Finance and Accounting manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the Finance and Accounting function of our Indonesian business. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, robust accounting processes, effective financial planning and compliance with both local and group requirements.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial finance and FP&A capabilities. This is an important role for someone who can bring structure, improve processes and controls, manage a finance team and act as a trusted business partner to local, regional and HQ stakeholders.

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage month-end and year-end closing.
• Review management accounts and submit reports to HQ.
• Manage statutory reporting, external audit and tax compliance.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, fixed assets and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process dividend payouts.

FP&A

• Lead the annual budget process.
• Prepare forecasts and track actual performance against budget.
• Maintain the 5-year business plan.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for management and HQ.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.

Tax & Audit

• Manage external tax consultants and ongoing tax matters, including the 2021 tax case.
• Manage internal and external audit processes.
• Work with the Singapore team on internal audit planning and follow up on findings.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Improve existing accounting processes and reduce manual Excel work.
• Work with SAP and support finance system improvements.
• Strengthen accounting controls and reporting processes.

Team Management

• Manage a team of 6 people.
• Review the team's work and manage workload and performance.
• Report to senior management and coordinate with regional and HQ stakeholders.
