Finance Accouting Spv (Professional Services Industry)

Job Summary The Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the firm's daily finance, accounting, and tax operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, including VAT, WHT, and Corporate Income Tax.
• Manage tax filings, audits, and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes.
• Support management with financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting.
• Experience using accounting/ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
