Country Finance controller

As Country Finance Controller you will lead financial governance, performance management, and control across the country organization, ensuring accurate reporting, strong compliance, effective business partnering, and sustainable value creation. With a direct reporting line to the Finance Director. The role requieres travelling for approx 30% of the time

Has Country Finance Controller you will have the following responsibilities:

•Financial Stewardship & Control – Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and corporate policies.

•Financial Reporting – Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, including monthly close, management reporting, and statutory accounts.
•Performance Management – Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance tracking to support target delivery.
•Cash Flow & Working Capital – Oversee cash flow, liquidity, collections, and working capital optimization.
•Tax Management – Lead tax compliance, reporting, planning, and tax risk management, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations while optimizing tax efficiency and managing tax audits/litigation.
•Risk Management & Compliance – Identify financial risks and ensure mitigation plans, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
•SAP / Process Improvement – Drive finance process standardization, system enhancement, automation, and data integrity.
•Team Leadership & Capability Building – Lead and develop the finance team, strengthen succession planning, and build a pipeline for future finance leadership roles.
•Strategic Finance Support – Support business cases, investment evaluations, and profitability improvement initiatives.
