What you'll do:

As an Accounting Tax Manager based in Jakarta, you will play an integral role in ensuring robust financial management across three countries. Your day-to-day activities will involve direct responsibility for Indonesian accounting and tax matters—working closely with your team to deliver accurate reports while maintaining compliance. For Thailand and the Philippines, you will act as a trusted supervisor, reviewing processes and providing expert advice to ensure regional alignment. Your experience with intercompany transactions will be essential as you coordinate between local operations and overseas entities. Additionally, your ability to work collaboratively with external consultants on transfer pricing documentation will help maintain regulatory compliance.   • Oversee all accounting and tax activities for Indonesia, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and timely reporting requirements.
  • Supervise and support senior accountants in Indonesia, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Coordinate with finance teams in Thailand and the Philippines, supervising their accounting and tax processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions.
  • Manage intercompany transactions between local and overseas entities, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, and alignment with group policies.
  • Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation by collaborating closely with external tax consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Review data provided by tax consultants for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant transfer pricing regulations.
  • Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and analysis required for statutory audits and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Identify process improvements within accounting operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws affecting Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines to proactively address potential impacts on the business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making at both local and regional levels.
