Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax

Key Responsibilities
• Finance Management
o Develop and implement financial and cash flows forecast aligned with corporate goals.
o Lead the corporate budgeting and forecasting process.
o Ensure proper review and approval of day-to-day payment process.
o Development of standard operating procedures and policies related to invoice processing, trade receivables and trade payables, cash and bank management, etc.

• Accounting & Reporting
o Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
o Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
o Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Tax Management
o Manage corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
o Optimize tax efficiency while ensuring adherence to prevailing tax laws.
o Liaise with tax consultants and tax authorities including preparation of tax correspondences, monthly and annual tax report, tax audit, etc.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate finance principles.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
