What you'll do:

As Finance Director you will play a central role in shaping the financial direction of a multinational manufacturing enterprise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior leaders to develop strategies that drive business growth while ensuring rigorous compliance with public company regulations. You will provide critical insights for investment decisions and expansion projects while overseeing all aspects of financial reporting.   • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards for public company reporting.
  • Lead all regulatory submissions required by IDX, OJK, and other authorities while maintaining compliance with local statutory taxation and multinational reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits by fostering strong relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure robust corporate governance practices.
  • Support Board and Audit Committee activities by delivering high-quality financial reporting and facilitating effective governance frameworks.
  • Liaise proactively with shareholders, investors, banks, government authorities, and external auditors to support investor relations activities and respond to key financial inquiries.
  • Partner closely with plant operations, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to improve operational performance through budgeting, forecasting, product costing, inventory management, CAPEX evaluation, and manufacturing performance analysis.
  • Manage cash flow planning, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, financial risk management strategies, capital structure optimisation, and funding initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for Finance Director brings substantial experience from senior finance roles within multinational manufacturing companies—preferably those publicly listed on IDX. Your academic background includes a relevant degree complemented by professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA. You have demonstrated expertise in managing complex regulatory requirements including IDX OJK submissions corporate governance frameworks statutory taxation multinational reporting standards. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build dependable relationships with stakeholders ranging from shareholders Board members regulators auditors banks government authorities.
