Finance Director

We are looking for an Indonesian speaker who is willing to relocate. A thrilling opportunity is now available for a skilled Finance Director to become part of a vibrant team in Komodo. What you'll do:

As the Finance Director, your role will be crucial in fuelling business expansion through strategic management of all financial operations. You will be responsible for creating innovative financial strategies, preserving the accuracy of financial records, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing insightful analysis to identify areas for enhancement. Your cooperative approach will enable you to work effectively with senior management and department heads, supporting key decision-making processes. Your commitment to compliance will ensure conformity to all relevant regulations and standards.

• Oversee and manage the financial operations
• Create and execute financial strategies and policies to maximise revenue and profitability
• Preserve the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports
• Prepare and scrutinise financial statements, budget, and forecast reports
• Provide continuous financial analysis and guidance to identify areas for enhancement and cost-saving opportunities
• Work together with senior management and department heads to support decision-making processes
• Ensure adherence with financial regulations and standards
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to preserve financial security

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Finance Director role, you bring a wealth of experience from a managerial position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Your comprehensive knowledge in Accounting and Indonesian taxation underpins your ability to provide strategic guidance that fuels business expansion. Your excellent problem-solving skills are matched by your ability to work cooperatively with various teams. Previous experience in a reputable public accounting firm would be advantageous as would familiarity with the SAP System.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Managerial position from 4 or 5 star Hotel
• Comprehensive knowledge in Accounting and Indonesian taxation
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work together with other teams
• Previous experience in reputable public accounting firm is advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP System is beneficial
