What you'll do as CFO:

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be entrusted with leading all financial operations within the organisation. Your role will involve formulating strategies to maximise return on investment (ROI) and meet the company's financial objectives.

As CFO you will cooperate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in scrutinising all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies. Moreover, your creative thinking will enable you to establish systems that prevent errors in data collection and calculations. You will be based in West Jakarta.

What you bring for the CFO position:

The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position is someone who has graduated from a top university, aged between mid-40s up to 49 years old, and is an Indonesian citizen. Experience with a Big 4 firm is a must.

You should possess robust expertise in finance and accounting, coupled with a profound understanding of financial operations and strategy. Your experience should include leading Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), demonstrating your ability to manage not only day-to-day financial operations but also intricate corporate transformations. A proven track record in financial planning and cost optimisation within large-scale organisations is essential. Other than that knowledge in E-commerce, strategy and automation. Preferably within retail.
